Article 1 – Object
The present conditions govern the sale by the company www.r-grill.com (Friedrich Leistner Weg 5a; 5280 Braunau am Inn, Austria) roaster.
Article 2 – Price
The prices of our products are indicated in Dolars all taxes included (VAT and other taxes applicable on the date of the order), unless otherwise indicated and except expenses of processing and shipping.
All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in Dolars.
The company r-grill.com reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be charged based on the rate in effect at the time of confirmation of the order and subject to availability.

Article 6 – Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a 15-day withdrawal period from the receipt of your products to react on your right of withdrawal without any reasons or to pay a penalty.
The returns should be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, manuals). In this context, you are liable. Any damage to the product at that time may be liable to defeat the right of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are free, if the package is in original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, manuals).
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the r-grill.com company will reimburse the amounts paid, as soon as the package is returned via the same means of payment used when ordering.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Article 7 – Availability
Our products are available as long as they are visible on the website and in the r-grill.com stocks. For products not stocked, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.
Article 8 – Delivery
The products are delivered to the shipping address provided during the order process, within the time indicated on the order validation page.
In case of delayed shipment, an email will be sent to inform you of a possible impact on the delivery time that was indicated to you.
As required by law, in case of delay in delivery, you get the option to cancel the order in the terms and conditions set out in Article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code. If in the meantime you receive the product we will proceed to refund delivery charges and the conditions of Article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code.
In case of deliveries by a carrier, the www.r-grill.com company can’t be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the client after several appointments proposals.
Article 9 – Warranty
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of compliance and the guarantee against hidden defects, provided by Article 1641 of the Civil Code. In case of non-compliance of a product sold, it can be returned, exchanged or refunded.

The provisions of this Article shall not prevent you from benefiting from the right of withdrawal under Article 6.
Article 10 – Responsibility
The products are conform to the european legislation. Responsibility for www.r-grill.com society can not be engaged in case of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities the possibilities of importation or use of products or services you plan to order.
Moreover, the company www.r-grill.com can not be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the product purchased.
