Our aim is to ensure that your goods arrive in first class condition.
Although we go to great lengths to protect your items there may be an occasion when goods become damaged in transit.
Please always inspect your goods before signing for them.
If there is any sign of damage or if you are not given enough time to inspect the goods please sign for as damaged.
This is the only way that the goods will be insured against damage by the courier,
signing for as unchecked releases the carrier from their responsibilities.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number.
After that you can check your order progress online.
The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
How do I return an item?
If you need to return an item please contact our Customer Service Department.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation.
You have 30 days from the date you received your order to return. The buyer is responsible for paying for all taxes and duties and shipping costs.
Please make sure all your items are returned new, unused and inside the original packaging.
