At R-Grill.com, we are dedicated to providing you with a fast and reliable delivery service from Germany to the USA and Canada within 4-10 days, using trusted partners such as Fedex, DHL, and UPS. We understand that receiving your order on time is important, and we take full responsibility for ensuring your satisfaction. If your order is delayed for any reason, please let us know immediately.

We take great care to pack our roasters to the highest standards to ensure that they arrive in pristine condition. However, we understand that sometimes things can happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please inspect it thoroughly before signing for it. If you notice any damage, sign for it as damaged, as this will ensure that your items are insured against damage by the courier. If you are not given enough time to inspect your order, sign for it as unchecked releases the carrier from their responsibilities.

To ensure that you can track your order and monitor its progress, we will send you a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. You can then follow your shipment’s journey online. If the buyer is located in the USA, they are not obligated to pay any additional costs such as duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees.

In Canada, there are different rules regarding taxes and customs. Please inquire with your local tax authorities for more information.

Please note that during holidays, shipping times may be slightly extended. While we strive to deliver your order on time, unforeseen circumstances such as customs procedures, strikes, and weather conditions can cause delays. We want to assure you that we are currently not facing any delivery delays.

We offer worldwide delivery, so if you have any special requests, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

If you need to return an item, please note that the buyer is responsible for paying all taxes, duties, and shipping costs associated with the return. We ask that you ensure that all items are returned new, unused, and inside the original packaging to receive a refund or replacement. Our Customer Service Department will provide you with prior authorization before accepting any returns. You have 30 days from the date you received your order to return the item.
